from 3-year-old Grappa to 10-year-old Brandy,
from standard Modenese balsamic vinegar (aged for
2 years) to
reserve (aged for
4 years)
to Honey, from sachets of aromatic herbs to tea.

Francesca Chianti Classico Riserva 95:
This is an excellent red
wine, with its own identity. Full bodied wine,
dry yet fruity, soft, with an aroma of vanilla,
perfectly tannic wine, for wine lovers.

Flavor: Dry,
persistent, with fresh woody scent and vanilla.
Full-bodied, perfectly tannic wine.
Soil
and training system:
We use the same method of
the Brunello di Montalcino. Controlled temperature
fermentation. Ageing in cask for at least three
years and refining in bottles for at least six
months.

This is an old wine but
it is an excellent riserva. Full bodied wine,
perfectly tannic wine, very intense aroma, for
